This place is a clown show. They overcharge on everything and the quality is something you find out of the trash. Charged for... ordering a takeout, charged for a tiny sauce cup, salad not fresh, chicken is frozen and re-fried, fries are another joke,celery is squishy like biting into a banana. Portion size is another joke for what prices they're charging now. I must admitthis place was not bad 10 years ago but my last 5 visits there this year has been a consistent circus act. Read more
First of all, it was empty when we got to the restaurant, and we stood there for awhile waiting for someone to come out and... greet us. When we finally got seated, our table and seats were very dirty and covered with crumbs, as well as the other tablesaround us. When our waitress came and took our order, we ordered our drinks, appetizer, and meals all at the same time. One ofthe two drinks from the bar never came. Finally the waitress came back and said the beer was no longer on tap, and asked if Iwould like something else. I ordered another beer and it never came as well. Then a food server brought our food out; ourappetizer never came. We also didn?t get any dressing for our salads or silverware. We asked the food server if she could get usdressing and silverware, but she never came back. We then finally had to go ask for silverware, salad dressing, appetizer, andthe drink from the bar still hadn?t arrived. After waiting over 15 minutes for salad dressing, we told our server that we didnot want to pay for the salad, and just asked her to bring us a check for the two meals that had actually came. Our server wasvery rude and disrespectful, and threw our check down on the table. She never apologized for the terrible service either. We didask to speak to the manager, and after waiting five minutes for him he offered us no compensation for the meal and only said hewould go talk to the server. We will never go back, and if I could give the restaurant zero stars I would. Read more
Young lady ask for my order came back 20min later with asking for my order again and never seated us never will go back. If I... was you I would go to any other wing or football watching restaurants if you are looking to be treated like a patron . It is sadthat you go to a restaurant for and a good meal ,good time and restaurants take your money for granted. We walked out they nevereven said a word. Read more
I?m a regular visitor to this place and I?m pretty happy with the service. I?ve experienced some mishap once or twice other than... that, I love this place - BWW. Most of the time, you will have free tables to choose from and staff are friendly! Read more
Came here for dine-in only for a happy hour that was stated online? upon arriving we were informed there was no happy hour. When... we first showed up, we stood up front for a while without seeing any employee traffic. Eventually an employee greeted us,assuming we were picking food up. We were seated in an area where other tables weren?t cleaned up. There was trash and leftbehind, food, and even some food and socks on the floor.. after being seated and after a long time waiting, our server returned.We just decided to get out of there. Haven?t had good Buffalo Wild Wings experience in the past, and never again do they get achance. Read more
Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The host told us to seat ourselves and then we waited for over 30... minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us. We had to get up and get our own menus. Also, there was an extremely rowdy group ofadults and kids sitting in our section that were yelling and allowing there children to run around the empty tables, rightaround where we were sitting. The manager never addressed the table once while we were there, and when we spoke to him he toldus that there was nothing he could do, but he had already talked to them.He did not apologize or offer any solution. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the ?night dawg? that?s supposed to have Cole slaw, ranch, and French fries on it. All... I got was chicken tenders on a bun. I ordered a Cobb salad with guacamole and chips on the side. The chips were burnt. We?re not even edible. Was told they were out... of eggs so no egg on the salad. Also no guacamole on the salad. Ordered dance dressing got ceasar. Ordered Diet Coke, receivedregular coke. I don?t usually write bad reviews but this lunch was inedible. The worst ever. Read more
