Disappointed, classic, cream of broccoli soup was at bottom, no more available:( Also, out of alot of salad bar items,
The salad bar was really good, however the waitress forgot all about our sandwiches and fries. She brought us the bill and said... have a nice day. I then reminded her of our orders. When the food got to the table it wasn't even hot, I ordered a slim Jim. Themeat wasn't even hot. I came up from, Tennessee to visit and I love Big Boys. So I was really looking forward to a slim Jim.This restaurant in Emily City wasn't even busy. The waitress just seemed preoccupied with other things. I won't go back. Read more
Ate here because Nachos was closed and Luckys was an hour-plus wait. Spent $40 for two dinners and salad bar. Food was mediocre... at best. Fish looked good but was mostly batter. Both of us fries were cold. Ladies bathroom was gross. Do not recommend Read more

Service from waitress good food horrible soon after leaving yesterday had to hurry home with my wife and just will say glad we... have 2 bathrooms because whatever there prep or process of cooking food was disgusting! Tonight I stopped in for dinner. I ordered fish n chips and asked for salad bar upgrade. I went to salad bar and the lettuce was... in poor shape (rusted and wilted) I picked through but nope. I had pasta salad and wasn't sure of what it was.... no signage.Went to grab soup... nothing but was dried up in bottom of pot. Relieved dinner.... great, hot and flavorful. Server wasattentive. No sign of any manager... on any visit. ???? Furthermore, why are individuals who only make $3.85 changing outsalad case or ringing people up. Pretty sure that is a labor violation. It was not crowded around dinner time. I had a really great waitress, who was friendly and helped me along with my order. They... serve Breakfast all day, which I love! Delicious meal. Really good prices and food. Read more
My local Big Boy. Not many Michigan restaurants are as iconic as Big Boy. ( For me anyway.) The food is always what you would... expect, not gourmet but more comfort food, very yummy. The service was top notch and friendly on my last visit. Read more
