This is by far the best Jets location I've been to. Their restaurant is always kept clean, the pizza is meticulously prepared... and it shows in the taste. The staff are a great group. Always polite and move quickly to serve customers. Their managers takepride in their work and are so nice. Ownership is absolutely wonderful. They believe in their brand, and each other. I've been under the weather so a friend had a pizza ordered for delivery to my house. It was a nice surprise, she said it was... quoted for 90 minutes and gave me the estimated delivery time. She requested for it to be left at my door due to me being sick.So I didn't miss it and it get cold I started watching about 25 minutes before delivery. After a long time, 20 minutes past theestimated delivery I politely called for an update. Immediately heard an upset driver stating he left it at the door whole Icalmly explained no one has stopped at or near my home. I was told they'd send another, it'd be an hour and they hung up.Uncertain of how they would find my home since they were unable to the first time, I called back to be met with the poorestcustomer service I have ever dealt with. We will never order from this location again. First time we ordered pizza from here it was cold and stale. Giving them the... benefit of the doubt we tried them again, this time the pizza looked like a train wreck when it arrived. Don't waste your moneyand go elsewhere. Read more
I've ordered from here about 5 times and I think maybe once they got my order right. The first time I ordered about two years... ago they delivered to my house nearly an hour later than the quoted time with no response when I called. The second time wetried was about two months after that. We ordered online and had the confirmation email but when it was an hour and a half afterthe delivery time and I called bc they 2ere closing in a half hour, they said they were too busy and not delivering that far sothey completely canceled my order without notification. Third time I went was about 6 months ago and had to wait 45 minutes andcall before someone came to my car to give me my order and when I got it, it had obviously been sitting but I was there forabout an hour and 15 minutes total after my expected time. Third time was a cpuple months ago and while I waited a little it wasclearly busy and everything was fine. This time we asked for sesame crust and got it on the pizza instead. Not a huge deal butwe won't be going back since they are 1 for 5. Read more
It?s actually really annoying they never deliver.. you?re a pizza chain, that?s literally why people get pizza is for delivery.
