Imlay City subway had very fresh bread. Better than Capac and Yale.
This place has been steadily going down hill for years. I used to come here all the time. But now anytime i do im just... disappointed. Dont bother getting your sub toasted it just gets a little warmed up not tosted at all cheese not melted and thecontents of the sub are ALWAYS ice cold after being toasted. Also be prepared to wait for service because the workers are alwaysin the back or on there phone. Is it open? No its closed? Why is yhe sighn on....why is it off? Not worth paying for it if icant get whats advertised. Go to another city. Read more
Went there today. Was getting out of our car to go in. The only worker there came from inside the restaurant SMOKING and asked... if we were coming to Subway. Not in this lifetime!!! Would love to find the owners contact info...WOW!!! Read more

There really is not much to rate from this Imlay City location. Store hours need to be updated online. No one is ever available... to take calls... OR this location is either barely open anymore. Been this way for several months! Extremely hard to catch itopen. Disappointed a bit...traveling to another town just for Subway is not really desirable. ???? Is this place going toclose down? Subway is one of our favorite but frustrated like crazy trying to catch them open. TIA!!! Read more
In desperate need of competent/properly trained employees and managers, which they clearly lack. For starters, went there once... last week at 9:30ish in the morning, their open sign was on but doors locked. Went there today, and while they weren't busy atall, everyone seemed to be in such a rush to get me out of there. I got rang up before my sub was out of the oven, charged 1.50$for deluxe when literally everywhere else I've ever been charges 1$. The girl who made my sandwich seemed new but was givinginstructions to someone else who was actually new, and I had to repeat myself several times. She cut my bread in such a way thatmy sandwich just fell apart before I took a bite. For whatever reason, when my sandwich was toasted, she carried it by handacross to the oven, instead of on the toaster tray like she was supposed to, and she put all my toppings on in a way that halffell off. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've had at a subway, and I don't plan on going back. Read more
This store needs to be closed down! I went in here at 7:45 PM on September 22nd period I walked in the front door and waited at... the counter for 10 minutes before yelling hello! About 3 minutes later a young dorky looking boy with glasses and dark hair camewalking in the front door. He told me that the store was closed. I said if your clothes why is the door open in the lights onand no one here? He stated that he went out to buy a pop. Doesn't Subway half pop? He is putting the store at risk..
