friendly fast service and good quality and prep is much better than our other local taco bell (in lapeer). that being said, this... is a popular lunch/dinner stop so if you come during a busy time, there may be a wait for your order that is longer than atMcDonald's or burger King but (in my opinion) the food is better and fresher. I counted 15 cars go through the drive through WITH their food while inside after 10 minutes waiting to give my order behind 2... ladies and after an additional 10 minutes waiting for my food found out they hadn?t even STARTED on TWO chalupas. Horrible service. 7 people working inside and you still have to wait 20 minutes for a taco. Typically I wouldn't complain... considering the world we live in but this was ridiculous. Barely anyone in the drive thru, and only 3 people inside 1 persononly wanting a pop.. should never be that long of a wait. It took them 10 minutes to take my order at the drive thru. Then I sat in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes waiting for my... food. I only ordered a burrito and a taco. I finally decided I had enough, and went somewhere else to get a real dinner. I droveby the window, I seen 3 employees just standing there, with their hands on their hips. They had no sense of urgency, consideringthere was a line of cars. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and save your money, and time bynot stopping here.
