Love this coffee shop, the staff is really friendly and nice and the coffee is nothing less than phenomenal (within the context... of franchises). However the franchise owner always have Fox News on which is weird to have that in a place of business. Peopledon?t want to hear that negative stuff all the time and if so, it should be optional at there own discretion, that goes for foxor any other news program MSNBC, CNN or others. Read more
Absolutely rude employee at the speaker! Very snippy when we were double checking out order because it didn?t show up on the... screen! This isn?t the first time we?ve had rude people taking our order. If you can?t be polite to customers in customerservice then find a different job because good customer service is what brings in business! Read more
Usually a very cheerful environment but the one gal Anne who had been here sometime had really gotten nasty with people. I've... witnessed her locking people out of the lobby because she thinks it's to early for patrons to be e entering, telling people inthe lobby that they can wait until the drive through line is gone before she can serve them etc. maybe management should hearthese employees concerns if being short of help and over worked and they would be so disgruntled.
