Love this coffee shop, the staff is really friendly and nice and the coffee is nothing less than phenomenal (within the context... of franchises). However the franchise owner always have Fox News on which is weird to have that in a place of business. Peopledon?t want to hear that negative stuff all the time and if so, it should be optional at there own discretion, that goes for foxor any other news program MSNBC, CNN or others. Read more
Absolutely rude employee at the speaker! Very snippy when we were double checking out order because it didn?t show up on the... screen! This isn?t the first time we?ve had rude people taking our order. If you can?t be polite to customers in customerservice then find a different job because good customer service is what brings in business! Read more
Usually a very cheerful environment but the one gal Anne who had been here sometime had really gotten nasty with people. I've... witnessed her locking people out of the lobby because she thinks it's to early for patrons to be e entering, telling people inthe lobby that they can wait until the drive through line is gone before she can serve them etc. maybe management should hearthese employees concerns if being short of help and over worked and they would be so disgruntled. I really wish you put the names of your caahiers on the receipts because the girl I just encountered, who literally YELLED out... of the speaker at me when I didn't answer her in less than 3 seconds, was probably the absolute rudest encounter I've ever hadwith a "customer service" employee. Got to the window paid got my drink and had the window slammed in my face....noreceipt. Sadly it's noting new....they always rude at this location, this little girl just takes the cake. Read more

Ordered a turkey club sandwich and was terribly disappointed The item that makes a club a club was missing. NO BACON Bun was... burned, tomatoes were sorry and lettuce was the same. Looked like they put zero effort into this. Didn't even put it in a bag.Just handed me the sandwich. Did i mention THEY DIDN'T PUT BACON ON IT?!? Don't bother stopping here for food. Read more
