I doordash for Papa John's quite often when they don't have enough drivers. I wish they would tell the customers they will be... sending a door dash driver. We miss out on tips because their customer thinks that they will be signing for the order and addinga tip then. Please when you take a phone order, let them know door dash will be delivering and ask if they would like to add atip. Read more
I have ordered here more than once and always SO good!! I want to give a big shout out to them, as they were so kind to me last... night! I thought they messed up my one pizzas and no questions asked they replaced it for free. Then this morning, I realized itwas my mistake. I?m sorry! I accidentally picked the wrong pizza. Waiting an hour on a Friday night sounds pretty typical, however I received a cold pizza in a box DRENCHED in grease. Don't make... the pizza and let it sit if the driver is not going to be able to take it for a while. This is the 2nd out of 3 times orderingfrom the Imperial Main location with something going wrong. Had one good experience here and I left a 5 star review. Well, I guess it was a one-off. 6:30pm on a Saturday, no delivery... ordering, no carry-out ordering, no one even answering the phone. With already drastically reducing hours, now you can?t evenget an order in any time. Read more
I had went ahead and placed an order online for carryout after getting off of work and figured I'd just wait till it was ready... to pick it up. After placing my order I saw that it was going to take 45-55 minutes for my order. I bided my time and kept aneye on the tracker. Even after the estimated time for my order I saw the tracker hadn't moved from "Making" and thought it hadbugged out. I went ahead and went into the store to see what was up. I order from this location fairly regularly. The last four times, the cheesesticks I received were pitiful. The previous four... cheesesticks were under cheesed and center loaded with no cheese to edge of dough. The cheesestick I just received tonight wasthe exact same way except it was a 10" instead of a 12" that I paid for (see pic attached). I don't regularly get vocal aboutfood but this is ridiculous. Buyer beware and check your food before you leave for quality. Reason, this store does not knowquality. The manager was not helpful at all. Read more
I normally prefer Papa Johns over other chains, but this location continually gets my order wrong. It?s like they take the... topping selections as a suggestion rather than an order. Not going to order from here any more. Read more
