Called at 5p with a $25 order, confirmed total and wait time. Got there to pick up the order and found out they never actually... placed the order and said we never called...even after going over the call details and showing them the call log from our phone.Woman employee started getting really defensive and refused to even turn around to check the completed orders made sittingbehind her. Normally great service, but had to wait for my pickup about 15 minutes longer then I was estimated. I did use the online app so... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was a computer glitch. The normally great hoagies were a little crisper thanI liked and a little drier...... the pizza was exceptional! Read more
Love all the Traditional pizza, Chicago style and Sicilian. Great gyros. Wings are usually decent with lots of sauces. Easy... online ordering. Ingredients seem fresh , well prepared, it's only pick up but the shop is clean and seems well run. Read more
