I went to Carl's Jr. at 8:30 pm. With my friend To have dinner. We were going to go in and order our food but the rude over... weight possably the manager, Hispanic woman. Had already locked the doors. I knocked until she came to the door. I asked to belet in due to the sign read they close at 9:00 pm. She said No, I'm not going to let anyone else in go through the drive thru. I said we just want to order our food and go. She said she had a guy sleeping and she wouldn't let us in. There were otherpeople sitting down eating in the lobby. I couldn't understand what the problem was. Then she said there was a huge mess in thebathroom which my friend said we don't need to use the bathroom we just want to order our food. She then said then go throughthe drive thru. I already closed down the register. She was Rude and not nice at all. She didn't have a name tag on so we didn'tcatch her name. I definitely won't be coming to this Carl's Jr. Ever again. Read more

Since we arrived, the attitude of the young man was lazy, tiredness sounded boring and obviously rude, when we got home the... fries had hair, I called to tell the person in charge of the shift what happened and that he has to pay attention to his shiftand his employees and his response was that his employee was not rude that he only answers and attends like this because it ishis last hour of work. And to solve the hair thing he asked me to go for a free combo, but honestly I prefer not to eatanything from there again even if it is free. They need a new team leaders. Read more
I paid for a large and got this instead. Why do they make you pay extra for less food. Good customer service but really, my cup... was only filled 1/2 way. Thats not good. If i pay more i expect more. Read more
Great lunch with courteous service. Nice and clean... Easy way to pay etc. Good stop wile shopping or doing errands.
