WORST SERVICE EVER! i couldn?t get my receipt before she took it away so I wouldn?t complain here both Hispanic workers SUPER... rude and unfriendly. I asked for two apple pies and they gave slide of apples after waiting for 10 min then I asked them tochange it because it wasn?t the order and they told me I had to get off and do it inside and wouldn?t give me my order. Then oneof them started yelling at me saying she wouldn?t change it so i had her bring the supervisor who was extremely rude and threwmy bag at me! Great service be staff around the mid day hour. The Manger on duty had great workmanship with the her crew. One of the gentlemen... that help me also. Went above and beyond in service to answer a couple questions that I had about my order and recommendationsabout the surrounding area. Horrible staff. Was treated poorly by staff, and I believe it was racially motivated. I attempted to come in the restaurant at... roughly 9:45 am. A woman opened the door and told me " you go drive thru" with a very thick accent I asked, "is breakfast beingserved" she said " I told you go drive thru" and slammed the door in my face, almost hitting me with the door. I turned to goto the drive thru and a man that saw the interaction yelled for me and said " come inside there are people already inside".When I walked in I was shocked at how many people were dining inside of the restaurant. The man that she opened the door for,as well as everyone else in the restaurant, were Hispanic.. I am a Italian man, raised in Tijuana and wife is Hispanic.. Iplaced my order, asked for a manager and waited. Manager came, also Latino, and I explained what had took place. All she saidwas " So what should I do" with an attitude. I expressed that what had happened was unacceptable and all she said was " Okthank you " again with an attitude. I asked how I can reach a general manager and she said " call number on receipt " andwalked away. I've never felt so disrespected or offended in my life. I will reach out to corporate along with my info andreceipt number. I will say this...In my opinion, stay away from this McDonald's at all costs.. This place was great. Dinning area is still closed for in dinning meals .
I?ll give it two stars just because my order was correct. The lady?s there had terrible customer service, the girl giving me my... food didn?t want to give me my cone because I had ordered it separately, she also ignored me when I literally shouted so shecould hear me that I wanted Buffalo sauce. This is how they made my "fresh" food. Made three times. No apology, put my partial refund on the counter. Was not going to give... me tax back. Zero stars!!! Look at the photos.
