( NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS YET ) High quality local San Diego, CA beer brewer Mike Hess has finally got all the dang permits &... such to open up a pub / brewery in Imperial Beach, CA about a half-block from the beach! Geez, Hess bought that old building ayear ago!
