Had about 6-8 people walk out of the store today due to slow service. Had two people in the kitchen, asked one if they could... help upfront quick to get the line moving, and he actually sounded excited to help! Jumped up to the register, the other cashierstated "you can't do that! That register is locked until 1st shift comes on." Well Casey's south, tried saving ya money! Afterthat statement is when some people dropped what they had and left, others may or may not have put it back and left, and a fewpeople who were walking in at the time turned around and walked back out. It was really bad!!!!!! Sue the lady that make my sub was really rude!!!! Had to order on line. She got my order wrong didn't... put beacon on, bread was dried out, and she never warm the chicken. Only rating 4 stars due to the Awesome people in the kitchen. Very friendly, very helpful. Loved seeing them having a great time... while working. ???? keep it up you guys But As for the kid on the register tonight Nov 26th at 7pm snotty an just plain rude.As a former caseys employee I'm very disappointed they would have someone like that on the register. I stopped to use the diesel fuel island and the restroom. When I was done fueling I started for the store. I found out the hard... way there was a raised island that at night blended in with the new concrete so I didn't see the step up and took a fall. I toldthe clerk to pass it on to management there was this hazard and he laughed it off basically calling me clumsy. You need to paintthe curb to prevent this from. Happening to someone else. Better learn how to train your cashiers. Donovan is not only rude, but ignorant. Prepaid for gas and didn't put it on the... correct pump. So someone else used my prepaid gas. What a rip off. Never will use this Casey's location again. Read more
They rebuilt this Casey's, which was great til they let the locals take over the truck parking. More cars than trucks in the... truck parking????. Went in to get a coffee, and machine not working. Smoked glass on sandwich bar...wth. 10 people in line withone cashier at 2:00 in the afternoon. Good grief Read more
