The food was great. Service was too. We love the chicken. The pizza was delicious, especially the one that had spinach or basil... leaf on it! We stopped at the Pizza Ranch in Independence IA, at the end of the lunch buffet. Lost track of time shopping. The manager was... very accommodating to us and made another pizza for us to enjoy the buffet. We noticed he was so helpful to ALL the otherguests in the restaurant at the time. The quality of the food was better this visit than in times past, fresher hotter etc. Although the place was clean it could... have been cleaner. I hold all Pizza Ranches to the Vinton Pizza Ranch standard. No place is perfect, but a consistent level ofcleanliness and quality food will make a restaurant top notch in my book. Read more

This place is ok I guess. I don't come here often. Foods good. Mashed potatoes are choice. They never seem to have chicken legs... though. Pizza selection wasn't too plentiful. Cheesy bread stix were good. And it filled up quick. It was near empty when we gotthere and when we left......well. Read more
