Several times in the last month I have bought food that was not made the way I ordered it with fries that were too salty so... they couldn't be eaten without using a napkin to wipe some of the salt off. And I live 20 minutes outside of town so when thesemistakes are made I'm just pretty much SOL!! Either that or waste gas that's so expensive right now to go back to the store tohopefully get what I ordered!! It used to be one of my favorite places to go but not so much anymore!! Read more
I think McDonald's because I start working there about when I was 15 years old Michelle Duke was my supervisor and that she... trained me how to be a proper employee and I see that that legacy is being handed down because they're for a while it looksshaky at McDonald's but the McDonald's I walk into today the very plight and proper and they're very clean God bless you you dohave a great job! I love this place. McDonalds food has never made me sick to my stomach, unlike some fast food places which shall remain... nameless. It's consistent, their app gives great rewards points to get free stuff, along with a nice value menu, and they alwaysseem to be changing their menu and deals, keeping it fresh. This location seems to have some consistent employees, which I enjoytremendously because it's proud work. In my opinion, the most important jobs to keep civilization afloat are the food industry,child birth, and sanitation.. and in that order. Thanks for keeping me happy and well-fed :) although I'm biased, I went to RayA Kroc Middle School, named after McDonald's founder. ;) Joan has donated all kinds of money to charities, and I appreciatethat! Sometimes she or her late husband get credit, sometimes they don't. For example, she teams up with Qualcomm's founderIrwin Jacobs a lot. They really support their hometown. And their current owner pulled out of Russia at great cost, as it was agood chunk of their market. They are helping enforce U.S. sanctions and supporting world peace. That's truly putting your moneywhere your mouth is. I can tell you this location has great management, too.. and allows their employees to take vacations, workconsistent schedules.. fabulous company and this particular franchisee in particular. I have lived in Independence my whole life and this place has, by far, the worst service in town. My wife and I ended up... watching for 30 min as the manager yelled at her staff for no reason, and all while she messed up several orders herself. Theyserved dozens of orders in the drive through, but failed to serve anyone of the 13 people waiting in the lobby. If you arecoming here for "fast food", don't. I have never experienced such consistently bad service at a restaurant. Read more
Manager is awesome, even if you don't know each other she still treats you like you've been friends forever. She's very nice and... helpful. Also a few other staff members that rock and do anything they can to help or accommodate to your needs! Only downfallis 70% of the time we are given very soggy and greasy fries but still love going here because of the staff! Read more
Concerned!! It?s great to hire intelligent impaired persons, but while going to the mens bathroom this individual was cleaning... the mens urinal with no gloves and wiping the inside where we pee bear hands using paper towels. If your going to have them dothis, show them the importance of protection also against diseases and such. Also, does he also handle the food? I sure hopenot. Read more
The food is never hot and fresh, most time it has been reheated especially the fries,do you know how horrible reheated. Fries... taste. Yuck! Almost as bad as re heated chicken nuggets. I have been there 4 times and each time it is a disappointment. 9to12dollars wasted each time. I never reccomend this place. Don't get me wrong there are some McDonald's that are legit this is notone of them. Read more
