The food was cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly. The establishment was clean and well maintained.

Ordered carry out, showed up in the appropriate amount of time. Sat at the pick up window for 10 minutes and not a single person... came and looked. They sat at the counter and talked. They have dramatically reduced the menu. They have dramatically reduced staffing. They have completely eliminated the salad bar... and Pizza buffet while at the same time other pizza restaurants in the region have opened their buffets and salad bars and evenimproved them. We had a birthday party in the private room, only a 10$ fee. Nice privacy with doors that close. Great service and good pizza.
I ordered contactless delivery with a good tip because I have Covid, and I desperately needed a way to get some Dr. Pepper, and... my car battery died. So I figured Pizza Hut would save the day, right? WRONG! I paid for 4 Dr. Peppers, 20oz, and some pointlesscheese sticks I won't eat to make the delivery minimum, and I got ONE. The rest were all DIET Dr. Pepper. It could not have beenmore important to me, and something that only took a second of their time to verify.
