Manager Jeff came out after 22 minutes waiting on a shake a blast and chedder bites to tell us they dont have chedder bites... anymore. Only offered to refund the chedder bites and was very rude and cut me off on several occasions. I wouldnt go here ifyou could help it. Alot of young kids work here and its nothing more than a party with very little work. Read more
This is the 2nd time I?ve had the same carhop ruin our visit. I understand being busy but she was outright rude. She started to... read off the receipt but then stopped when she got to something they forgot and didn?t even acknowledge it. I noticed what wasmissing and pressed the button to let them know. After letting them know, I still waited 10-15 minutes for nothing beforecalling them and asking how long it was gonna take. The carhop who answered then hung up on me. I?m thankful one guy that wasworking came out and apologized and remade the missing item himself and brought it out to me. Read more
Decided to try again after not going for about 3 or 4 month. The last time we had been there are food was cold and onion rings... were burnt to a crisp and old. Last night showed nothing has changed. The onion rings were terribly burnt and tasted like theyjust kept sticking them back in the fryer to warm them up till someone order them. Also the cheeseburgers were barely warm. Read more
**Update management was in contact with me and made it right.* Driving through the town and stopped by this sonic for a quick... bite ...Charged 40 cents for water (not a huge size water) if you are going to charge for water this should be publicly listedwhen you drive up under drinks. The Styrofoam cup that had cherry limeade literally had a whole in the bottom. And when orderinga kids menu item, there was no toy.
