A pretty good place to eat. There's never a long wait and service honestly depends on the waite. Can this particular location... please get with the program? All the other Buffalo Wild Wings don't bring there food out separate. It took so long between ourmeals I had to watch my other party keep waiting their turn to eat. Ridiculous and embarrasing that their still one of the onlychain of restaurants that still has this protocol and especially this particular location. ???? Read more

A tip and pick up fee is ridiculous for a carry out order. Nobody is serving me and why would i be forced to tip before i even... know if my order is correct or i have a good experience? Based on all recent reviews I would have regretted it anyways so yourcrazy fees actually did me a favor. . Kept me from ordering and likely regretting it. and to be charged to carry out is nuts . Please be patient with this location as they are dealing with a staff shortage. When we visited they only had a couple cooks and... servers. We came in with a group of 8 (after they had just served another large party) and they took very good care of us. Foodand service were both excellent! Read more
Yesterday, we decided to try this location, as we normally go to the Florence one. There was not a soul there when we arrived.... It was a little while before we were greeted, but our drinks arrived fine. We were interrupted by the server when we were tryingto speak our order, we had to repeat our orders, I repeated I wanted traditional wings 3 times. We ordered wings, a salad, and asandwich and it took over 30 minutes. And the salad that was supposed to come out before my wings? The ranch dressing gotdropped and dumped all over my dress. I was given a dry bar rag to clean my linen dress off by the food runner after we used allour napkins and were never brought more, I also had to ask for a replacement cup of ranch. Carrots and celery sticks were alsothrown atop my wings instead of being placed in a cup like every other location I?ve been to. The servers apologized and keptmaking me more mad by asking if my dress would be ?okay? and one of them eventually brought over some soda water for my dress bythe time the ranch dried on my dress. My salad honestly should have gotten comped but we felt like inconveniences to the serverswho were on their phones by the kitchen entrance and we don?t believe in asking for free food. I always sit at the bar and get great service!! You have to try their desserts. The food is always good and they have a great... atmosphere. I've only had subpar service one time and it was a gentlemen tending the bar. Overall a great place to catch anysporting event or take the family out for some really good wings. Read more
1. Order wings spicy garlic, when they came out it was the wrong sauce. Sent it back and then they came out with so much sauce... you could not see the wings. 2. Took 26 minutes to get drinks. Bartender lost the ticket, waitress sent it again, bartender wasto busy talking and forgot the drink again. Our waitress went back to make the drink herself. Overall the staff does not payattention to tickets of how to make the food or drinks. Never coming back!! Read more
