Horrible service. Dude at the window acted like he was hating life and mad I dared to place an order in Drive Thru. The... manager refunded my money as I refused the order out of fear the guy was going to do something to my families order. Managerneeded to fire the guy on the spot. Read more

THAT was my best visit to any Arby's in over 5 years, maybe even 10 years. I want thrilled about being asked to pull forward... however the 2 extra minutes was well worth the wait. I usually hesitate to get their curly fries because usually half of thefries are inedible. These curly fries were fresh and all of them were edible. My family all said that each of their sandwichestasted great and better than expected. I hope this wasn't a fluke because I actually want to return to the Arbys sooner thanusual. Read more

We walked in to have dinner inside the restaurant. No one else in line but us. It took several minutes before anyone even came... to the counter to take out order. We ordered two meals and cups of cheddar for our fries. We filled out drink cups and sat downto wait on our food. We were there 10 minutes sitting and another couple came in and ordered their meals. They got their drinksand sat down. We waited another 10 minutes. Then the other couple had their food brought out and started eating. A employeebrought out 2 cups with barely any cheddar in each cup. He saw that we had no food and looked surprised, then asked that wehadn't even gotten our order yet. At this point I returned to the counter and no one was making our meals. I asked for themanager because I wanted my money back. She came to the counter from the far back of the restaurant. I hadn't seen her the wholetime we were there. I complained that for $1.50 each there was only a teaspoon of cheddar in the cups. We had been there 30minutes waiting and no food was prepared for us, I wanted my money back. She returned my money and we left and went to LionsChoice down the road. I honestly have never been to such a poorly managed and unorganized restaurant before this Arby's. Theircustomer service was the worst ever experienced. This place wasn't busy, the drive thru wasn't packed, only 2 other coupleswe're inside besides us. I will never return to this establishment. It's a perfect example of bad management and poorly trainedemployees. Read more

I'm a big Arby's fan and stop every chance I get (at least once a week), but the manager here, Maya, has made me never want to... come back. They refused to make my food if I didn't leave the drive through, so I got the refund I requested but it wasn't forthe full amount. Customer service at this location has steadily gone down over the last year and I won't be returning. Read more

I don't know if this is every visit, but my visit was this: the customer service was spotty. The first lady was decent, but the... one at the window sounded like she didn't want me there. Very dismissive. The food was very poor. Roast beef was hard and crustyaround the edges and the fries had no taste at all. No seasoning or even salt. I've always loved Arby's so this was a surpriseto me. I hope they can do better in the future. Read more
