Went to pick up sandwiches at the Arby's on South Noland Rd in Independence, MO and ordered two Sirloin Philly Cheesesteak, two... raspberry lemonade and a large fry. We got the sandwiches but they forgot the fries... ????... Didn't find out til we werealmost home. Tried calling them twice but no one ever answered and there was no voicemail to leave a message... ????... Wastedmoney... Not happy... Check your order before you leave there! It's not like there was a line of cars waiting to go thru thedrive thru. It was our car and someone drove up behind us when we pulled forward... Read more
Great food, freshly cooked, and the very nice young lady, with green hair, who was warm, and pleasant..???? My husband had the... new Prime Rib sandwich; a bit tough, but the nice workers, could make you smile, if you received a rubber tennis shoe, betweensoggy buns... !!!???? Read more
Horrible Drive Thru Experience! 1st took forever to order. Then when getting to the pick up window to pay, I had to sit and wait... and wait as the 2 employees helped the inside guest. I finally had the one lady coming process my order. I gave her the moneyand I had a dollar and 11 cents and change as well. After she put everything in the register she said I still load a dollar andI said I gave you four ones and the other dollar and 11 cents was in change. She said well I know how to count and you did notgive me the right money. I said all I had was for once that's why I gave you a dollar and 11 cents in change. She was very veryrude and kind of just snatched my bag and handed it to me out the window. I'm sure her cash register came out right at least onmy order! It had been two years since I was here and this time I went there and my experience went from being five stars all the way to... one. This is in due to a cashier who messed up my order and wanted to argue about it and then trying get me to pay more to fixit when I said I would only pay the difference for what she didn't get right and kept trying to make me pay for another wholemeal and wanted to make it an issue. This had me heated and wanting to hit her. One manager managed to fix the issue but thecashier brought another over to make it yet another issue over the same thing. Read more
The staff are always helpful and courteous when taking your order and delivering the food for your pickup at the counter whether... carry out or eating in. The facilities, lobby, dining, and outdoor areas are maintained and typically clean. The food isusually fresh tasting and hot. The orders, drive through, carry out, and dining in are typically what was ordered. We frequentthis resteraunt on a regular basis. Read more
This used to be the best Arby's in town Now the Drive thru consistently gets orders wrong . Won't be going back
