They accommodated us for a last minute custom ice cream cake about an hour before close. They let us customize it all the way... down to the mini cone flavors on the cake itself, the colors, everything. It was fantastic service. They were polite, upbeat,and very helpful. Horrible Service. Gave us one gummy bear. Paid for four ice-creams and only gave us 3 and then argued with us for 5 minutes. Was... even more rude to the lady in front of us who paid and showed them on her phone that she paid and they were saying she didn't.Con Artist!! Go get ice cream somewhere else. Read more
This was the best customer service experience I have had in such a long time. They were happy we were there an hour before close... getting ice cream. Great little ice-cream shop; kind of a hole-in-the-wall type place but the ice cream is delicious and priced fairly. The staff... is pretty much all young well mannered teens. If you're a coffee lover try their Jamoca; my personal favorite is Rocky Road!They have indoor and outdoor seating. Read more
