It took 25 minutes to place and receive our order through the drive thru. There was no one in front of us when we pulled up to... order and only one vehicle at the window. One of the three sandwiches we ordered was not correct and the onion rings were notgood. I can understand occasional circumstances to which they could be slow but it wasn't the first time we've had slow servicefrom that location. Read more

Placed an order online to be picked up at 550 pm. Arrived on time and went in to retrieve our order.. hadnt even been started.... We ordered shakes, shake machine was down. ???? after waiting for nearly 20 mins, our food was finally ready. Got it back home(3 blocks away) and nothing tasted fresh and was barely warm. Chicken nuggets were hard, chicken sandwiches tasted like fish andwere mushy..cold fries, blah blah. Horrible experience. I have been coming to this Burger King for a few years. Had good service but in the last month, service has been awful. They... say be with you in a few minutes and it is more like 10 minutes then have to wait that long for our food. Very dissatisfiedthis last month. Read more

Employee was the rudest! We pulled in at 9:20pm. Had to wait till 9:40pm to order. (being the only car in line) when we finally... got the employee to answer to ?hello, is anyone there? ? to order, we asked questions about the 2$10 meal and order one meal andproceed to the next order, and questioned items on the burger, so then employee refused to take our order! So then we had todrive away hungry with very upset children. (We figured the good probably wouldn?t be good to get at this point) I have nevermeet an employee so unknowledgeable about there own menu and the ability to suggest and offer items that would be even close towhat?s allowed. Good place . Just check your order. They don't get a double cheeseburger order right often . You order a double and get a... single. I work third shift so this is one of the only places open in a pinch. You will find the order is wrong more than right . Read more

Horrible customer service. I had a mobile order, went to the speaker and told them my order. After waiting 30 minutes in the... drive-thru (no exaggeration) I was asked to pull around, for them to make my order which should?ve been made while waiting. Iexplained to them that due to the spoiling milk in my trunk I would wait at the window. Once I received my food I was told bythe employee that I was not allowed back. Avoid this location. Malessa the manager is rude and you can tell she hates customers. This location needs to be shut down. They... were out of chicken at 10:30. After calling the operations manager Crystal they somehow found the chicken. I should post thedash cam footage of the way their employees act and treat customers. Poor customer service and no empathy. I would give thislocation 0 stars if that was an option. Read more
