DRIVE TO LEE?S SUMMIT? I highly doubt people read chick-fil-a reviews like that because the brand stands on its own reputation.... But hear me out?. This location is subpar and you WILL be disappointed! I am a Signature member and already earned the statusfor next year. That?s how MUCH I eat at chick! Every time we go here, the fries are DISGUSTING! Idk what this location is doingdifferently than the others to make the fries gross, but they need to figure it out and stop it. The fries are either cold,limp, or taste like straight peanut oil. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Everyone knows Chick?s fries are a staple and iconic, but if younever had Chick and went to this location, you would think society was hyping up the food. The other food is usually good! Hitor miss. I don?t ever order fries for myself if I go to this location, but my husband will still eat them (he doesn?t like themeither). My last straw going to this place was a week ago. I ordered curbside and they forgot my Mac. Called in to let themknow and they said it?ll be out in a second. My baby is screaming so I breastfeed her thinking they were on the way. Like 8minutes went past with nothing so I had to go in and order it, which took another 5 minutes. Terrible service. My sandwich bunwas gross. Go to Lee?s Summit one if you can. Wayyyyyyyy BETTER! I love this place I've started using the curbside app but I didn't see where you can ask for chick-fil-a sauce. The Cobb salad... is the best and the waffle take me in on the ride home. The young man was so polite. Read more
Glad I've never tried the drive-thru. The line wraps around in a contorted mess during lunch & evening hrs. Staff are friendly... but work under stressful conditions. Kudos to their efforts to remain pleasant & helpful. If you can order online or use adelivery service, you'll probably avoid a lot of stress. Good food, though! Read more
Came to this location this evening. Drive through was a 15 minute wait. I'm not sure why it was so long. Once we were able to... order, we asked the person over the mic which birthday desserts qualified for the free dessert. The girl on the intercom saidit was a cookie or brownie which my wife opted for the brownie. When we got to the window to receive our food, we were told theshakes also qualified. Too late now... We drove home & realized we didn't get the brownie. Even with the girl at the registerreading out our order. Instead what we got was this random packet of Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Peppers which I didn't askfor. Read more
This place has been hit or miss on the food quality recently. The service has always been top notch but the chicken has been... over cooked the last two times I have visited at lunch time. It might have to do with how busy they are. When it does get busyexpect to wait up to 15 minutes in the drive through for food. Read more

Long wait in drive through. Chicken was hot and tasted good. Waffle fries were only like warm. Employees always friendly.
