I ordered 1 donut. 2 donut holes. 1 egg. 1 latte. 1 water no ice. All they remembered to give me was my latte. So then I asked... for my food. They got me two donut holes. Great dogs are happy. I asked for the rest of my food. They give me a bag and say it?sin there. I should?ve looked but I was too busy begging for my water please ( I was thirsty .) They gave me my water without ice, except it had ice. Got home and no eggs. I give up. Read more
Worst experience here ever. Served cold food to a pregnant woman and then had the audacity to tell me they heated up the second... order "extra hot", which is normal warm temp. What in the actual. I will never return. Disgusting. I get more consistency atMcDonald's. Read more
Came to purchase a box of Munchkins (donut holes). Selection was limited to chocolate glazed at the time I was there. Manager... had some difficulty scanning my QR code, though I thought everyone was trying to be helpful. I asked for a dozen donuts, which usually means I want to pick 12 different donuts, but she gave me a random box already made up... from the back, of ones they picked for me. Then when I went to eat the 1 filled donut in the box, there was less than ateaspoon of filling inside. I saw employees come in from outside with food service gloves on, and holding their cell phone withgloved hands, and they went behind the line without throwing the gloves away. A few weeks ago, my husband went to get 4 dozenglazed donuts for girls at a campout, and he had to wait 40 minutes. We never had a problem before, when I guess there wasdifferent people running it. Came here to get two coffees and sandwiches. I ordered one iced mocha latte and a iced pumpkin latte. They were only going to... give us one drink and it was a hot mocha latte. I was telling them what drinks we we?re supposed to have they ended up makingsome kind of iced latte. We ended up just taking that and the hot latte. I absolutely love dunkin. However, this location always messes up my order in someway shape or form everytime! Today was the... last straw, I will happily drive out of my way to the Liberty location for decent coffee. My order today was a HOT cappuccino,what I got was 74° coffee. Read more
New owners and employees. This place is completely upside down compared to how it used to be. Took forever to take our order,... took even longer to give it to me once at the window. I asked several times if my donut was in the bag as he kept repeatinghimself saying ?everything is in there? and rushed me out of the drive thru. I pull ahead and guess what IS NOT in the bag? So Ipull back around and there were only a few people in line but no one at the window.. another gentleman screamed at me to comeinside for my SINGLE DONUT. And in back of him was the initial guy and he saw me & he rushed to grab the donut without evenhearing what I was there for (I?m assuming realized he made a mistake). Workers were more concerned with the drive thru so I was left standing at the counter for quite some time. Nobody to restock? A... lot of donuts were out, none of the basics available (glazed, chocolate) and they were out of bacon. This was my second visit tothis location.. the first time I was helped quickly but they were still out of quite a bit. This location doesn't have ittogether. Read more
