Been ordering cookie cakes from here for over a decade. Grew up on Great American down in Texas and literally cried when I found... one up here in KC. I was 6 months pregnant at the time so I immediately ordered one for my baby shower even though we alreadyhad cake and have ordered one at least annually ever since. They have gotten me thru many of my kid?s birthdays; cake wasalways on time, as requested, and fresh! That said .. Man Great American, you guys really need to switch locations and move outof Independence Center. If you can make any business moves, that would be the thing I would focus on. My kid?s birthday iscoming up again, but I don?t even wanna have to go there to pick it up with the crime that happens at that mall all the timenow. Your cookie cakes are usually great but they aren?t worth getting shot/robbed for. If you all moved to an area that wasnot on the News fairly often, I think a lot more people would go there and the reviews would be better. Read more
I really like these they usually taste pretty fresh and the price isn?t too bad! They always have the cookies I like
Worst store ever. Never have anything ready and they act like they don't want to help anyone.
This is a great example of a store that might go away if we all stop shopping there. They have a fee when you order over $5... (forcing you to break up transactions) and they don't accept secure credit card transactions, only swipe. There's no excuse forthat in 2022. Read more
