They make sure to have "gender neutral" bathrooms available but we were told to order online due to low staff so (being the only... ones in the restaurant) stood at the checkout desk waiting for our phone to load...needless to say it took us 15min to order andthen had to wait another 20 for our food. We asked one question about an item on the menu and were referred to the menu....notvery helpful. I enjoyed me cheese bread and my ceaser salad but my pasta had no sauce? I got a penne Rosa as I usually do which had the tomato... pieces and spinach but there was literally no sauce. I was in the independence location yesterday for a couple hours...I witnessed the manager on duty repeatedly talking down to his... employees. Some of them looked as though they were ready to cry. Plus he kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his hand anddid not wash before touching food orders.
