Tried to go in because they have been open, door locked (no sign). Decided we needed to drive through so after several minutes... someone came on the speaker and said they were closed for cleaning (no sign there either). When we drove out there were 2 girlsstanding by their car smoking. Not a good way to run a business???? Read more

Wanted curly fries with our meal got reg fries (7-10 fries). Ask for bbq dipping sauce for our chicken tender's (none in the... bag), no straws. Went through the drive thru and the person taking our order repeated it twice. We were the only customersthere. We were ask to pull forward as they were cooking our chicken tenders then. The employees were doing their best, but with a register out, the ice and half of the beverage machine out (and the remainder... warm and flat), and the shake machine either down or not very cold, they just didn't have much to work with. Hardee?s is advertised as opening at 5am which is perfect with my commute to work. As I approached the Hardee?s at 23rd and 291S... right at 5:10am, I noticed 2 possibly 3 people standing outside the entrance door smoking. As I pull into the parking lot, theydisappear inside. I pull up to the speaker, I waited for over one minute and no greeting came on the speaker. So I say ?hello?but no answer. Hardee?s is my go to for breakfast and I was disappointed but most of all I was really appalled by the actions ofthe employees. A simple ?we?re not quite ready to open yet? would have been just fine.
