Dang, where's the veggies? These sandwiches used to be full of meat and veggies but today our 3 sandwiches were skimpy. 1 slice... of tomato cut in 1/4 very little lettuce and onion. Disappointed for sure. Read more

Quite possibly the worst Jimmy Jon?s I?ve ever gone to. Super sloppy w the sandwich, barley gave me my condiments, messed up all... of our sandwiches and I legit waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches when no one else was there and no one in drive thru. Supersloppy. Just overall horrible, although the cashier was sweet to me. I just don?t understand why it?s so hard to make asandwich? Read more

I?ve had a decent experience at this location until today. I made my order in the drive thru and get told by the woman at the... window that it will be a minute because they just got a bunch or online orders. Which I took to be about a ten minute wait andthat was cool.. but that wasn?t the case. So they make the line of people in the drive thru wait.. I?m there 30 minutes, shetells me to pull around and she will bring the food out. We do, we wait longer.. still, no food. So, my husband goes in and wasgoing to get a refund but then they say his order has been ready and sitting on the counter for a minute.. we get the food tothe car, the order was wrong. So, I took it back in for a full refund. The woman who took the order just turned and walked awaywhile the person is who did the refund offered no apologies. There were at least 5 people on staff, so why I waited a half hourfor two sandwiches that were incorrect makes absolutely no sense. And why you would have people in the drive thru wait while youfill online orders, especially with the price of gas? It made absolutely no sense and I won?t go back after dealing with thatlevel of incompetence. Read more

The worker was super unfriendly today. I have always been a fan of JJ but now I'm reevaluating my loyalty. $31 for two... sandwiches but I'm getting half of the sandwich I would get from their competitors. Why do they carve out some of the bread? Tomake it even smaller? Why in the world would a $15 turkey sub not come with cheese? Was going to cost $2.38 to add cheese. Lol. I'd recommend going to goodcents a few doors down instead. Read more

"Freaky fast freaky good?" well still sitting in the drive thru line. Been here for 17 minutes. Took 10 minutes to even order.... More like "slow AF and moderately good." Update: Took over 30 minutes to actually get my one sandwich. Read more

Freaky Fast? Try abysmally slow. I ordered 3 sandwiches an hour ago. 30 minutes later I get a notification my order is out... for delivery. So far, I'm good. I live literally 1 mile from the shop. It's been 30 minutes. Still waiting. I called theshop 10 minutes ago and was told the driver had 3 orher deliveries and that it would be here soon. If you can't follow throughthen call me and say we are unable to deliver you food in a reasonable amount of time. I'd be irritated but would respect themowning the situation. Instead I'm standing at my door...waiting for food and typing up a bad review. Not that it will matterto anyone at the shop. Read more

So the main reason I go to Jimmy Johns instead of any other place when in the mood for a veggie sandwich is for their usually... delicious, usually soft, usually fresh, usually THICK sliced wheat bread, but not this time, I commented on the slice size andwas told that she didn't cut, I commented that that's the main part of tge sandwich, I was ignored. Yes, I could have made ascene but I resolved to never visit the Jimmy John's on Noland and to write this review Prices for food products are increasingbut quality in some places seems to be decreasing. Choose your restaurant wisely. The pic shows the thin slice provided. Read more
