We go to this location usually once a week..sometimes every 2 weeks...but I always order the 12 piece. It comes with 3 large... sides and biscuits. I always get 8 strips and 4 pieces of chicken. Last night the "manager" working said she had no way to ringit in that way and refused to do it. It was supposed to come with a half gallon of soda. They didn't send it out...so I askedfor it. The kid working had to check if I was entitled to it. After about 5 minutes he brought me one...but it was only abouthalf full and had pop all over the sides. By then I was just done and family was hungry. What the heck is happening to my KFC?Let's get some customer service training folks. Read more
Don't trust their french fries you get some old ones and some new ones it's like a mix trying to save money and not give you all... fresh ones and they don't dip the chicken in the sauce like they're supposed to they just give you a little splotch on the bunon the spicy chicken again trying to save money but they charge you more Read more

The food is always of a high standard at this restaurant... the drive-thru staff have always been congenial, and friendly ...... drive-thru service times are usually fairly quick ... BUT - I always order "extra crispy chicken" but receive "original" moreoften than I receive what I order ... I'm guessing someone assembling the orders is in too much of a rush - maybe a little moremanagement oversight of the order fulfillment process might be helpful ... otherwise - THANX GUYS for a good product !!! Hours are advertised wrong on Google. All KFC ?s close at 10pm apparently. Don?t advertise you?re open till 11pm if you aren?t... open. Watched 5 people go through the drive through and drive away mad due to the fact they couldn?t order KFC. Read more
I was told that the KFC chicken sandwich was really good so I went to check the hype. The rumours are true. I had the spicy... chicken sandwich and it made me hungry for more. Got it as part of a combo, and was surprised that the fries are not phoned in.They are delicious, maybe as good as Arby's fries. Read more
The lady at the window was nice. The one on the speaker was an impersonal robot. Just went through the drive thru. Order was... fine though the thighs were a lot smaller than they should have been. Read more
