Ordered the new fancy pepperoni today, the pizza in the box must've weighed about 10 pounds, opened the box and it honestly... looked like a joke or something. Undercooked, not cut, a layer of cheese thicker than the crust, with about 2-3 pounds worth ofpepperoni just thrown on top. Completely inedible and a waste of money, not sure what's going on at this location, but it's beenterrible for awhile now. Been in three separate times for a 'hot and ready' pizza. Left three separate times empty handed, hot and ready to go across... the street and just have Subway. ( who rarely has meatball, hot and ready as well) If you are looking for something to eat inIndependence off of Noland road, you should just take your hunger pains down the road to Price Chopper or Hyvee. I have always loved Little Caesars as an inexpensive but solid Pizza alternative. I was there this weekend and saw the most... atrocious customer service and will not go back to this location. A customer came in on a busy night and tried to place an orderand was discouraged from ordering food because of a 30-minute wait for "anything". The customer replied to the employee, youhaven't even asked me how you could help me or greeted me and the employee responded I really don't care. The customer againsaid can you ask me how you can help me and the employee again replied I really don't effing care. It was horrible customerservice and clearly indicative of an attitude of we really don't want your order because we're already busy enough and we don'tneed your business. Read more
This is a good one! Much better than the Little Caesars in Blue Springs (sorry, guys). If you want some fast, tasty, inexpensive... cheese and toppings on hot bread, this is your place. I will say I miss the $5 pizza though. Read more

I never take the time to leave anyone a bad review . After the 5th horrible experience here I decided it needed to be done .... They are extremely rude with zero customer service skills . I waited in the lobby for an hour with out anyone even acknowledgingI existed the 1st time & every other time I?ve been they have been very disorganized never having pizza ready . This last trip Isent my husband & they treated him awful , the supposed owner followed my husband outside yelling at him because of a ?code? .They need new managing or new owners. They need to understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS . We will never eat here again as longas it?s run this way . Read more
