It was nice to finally get out of the house and grab some lunch with my parents. My mom has the chicken strip salad. It was very... fresh and delicious. It could have fed two people. We got the renegade steak and size seemed much smaller than usual. The sideportions were very small as well. It was tasty but small. Dads steak was undercooked but he still ate it. You know how large chain restaurants can be. Quality varies from location to location - likely due to how well they're... managed. Well we had a really good dining experience at this location last night. We were in the area doing some shopping,marched in for a couple steaks and were not disappointed. Friendly, prompt service. Steaks cooked perfectly. You knowsometimes you get a salad that isn't so fresh? Not here. I'd have to say the same quality as Hereford House ( my gold standard) for less than half the price. This was my first time at this location, our server was Brenda and when we were seated we realized that the table was not big... enough for the amount of people that we had. The manager that was at the front got us another table and put them together and wehad plenty of room. Brenda was friendly outgoing and very jovial. We were there for a birthday party and she definitely gave usgreat service. When they presented the birthday girl with her birthday Sunday another one of the managers surprised the rest ofus at the table with two humongous slices of chocolate cake and ice cream. He said everyone should get some cake and ice creamat a birthday party. Hands down this place knows how to do customer service and do it right. I was pleasantly surprised and thenblown away by how well we were treated. I will tell everyone that I know how fantastic this LongHorn restaurant is. I definitelyplan on being back. Read more
Although the food came out hot and I never had to wait for refills, we are highly disappointed. More than once our food has come... out tasteless or overly seasoned. The steaks aren't cooked correctly. I would rather spend more money on better quality food.Don't think we will be back. Read more
