everytime I order a cookie tote i ask for it fresh im told they will be fresh then i get to the window and they aren?t. this... time they decided to give me rewarmed up old cookies. ridiculous i have to ask more than twice for fresh cookies. Read more

Naturally I used a coupon ?? and they forgot my hash browns ????????????... The only reason I was going through to McDonald's... was the breakfast ????.. oh well..this is why I really never eat McDonald's. Karma got me again ????????????. Read more

I ordered a cappuccino with an extra espresso shot and extra caramel and only got the extra caramel.. Was not even drinkable it... was so sweet. Called management said she would replace it and she did EXACTLY THE SAME!!!! I have had hundreds of these..i knowexactly what they should taste like. Just because I'm but a regular customer at this store DOES NOT mean i don't know what I'mtalking about. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS WE'RE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB. This is MY favorite McDonald's location in the entire MO area. My food is always hot and yesterday's experience was the icing on... the cake. The manager on duty around 7:15pm is EXACTLY where she needs to be. I could tell she was the boss instantly with theway she was handling things from point A to point B. Pure professionalism and it was delivered effortlessly. She insisted wecheck our special order items and they were correct,which means she trains her team properly. Kudos to thos team,they clearlyhave the right leader. I was about to give up on visiting because I had a terrible experience at a different location not farfrom this one. The manager there was SO SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL IT WAS TOTALLY BAFFLING!! Glad McDonald's hasn't completely droppedthe ball with hiring. She should go train the manager at 24rd and Sterling location because she has NO clue about restaurantmgmt and she steals customers cell phones if they were left there. Read more

Never been so disappointed with a McDonald's in my life. My 3-year-old daughter ran through this location screaming I need to... pee the employees completely ignored her then we get to the bathroom and it's locked you have to show proof that you made apurchase to get access to the restroom. I am never ever going to come back to this location again. I will also be decliningdoordashes Ubers GrubHub Etc from this location and informing the support for those Delivery Systems as to why. McDonald's issupposed to be family friendly and care about children. Obviously this location is not concerned about either. Shame on you!!!! Read more

I don't even want to give them one star. My order was messed up four times. The manager was beyond rude and started getting loud... with me because they were closing and in her words she didn't know what to tell me. I corrected them again at the second windowthat they didn't give me my drinks and she shut and locked the window while her and the other employees laughed it up makingracial comments.. What kind of business is Mc Donald's running? We ended up not getting a large part of our order we payed for.Your nightshift manager on Wednesday the 27 of July should not be in the position she is. They will ruin your tea after waiting for them to make fresh tea. And also gives you the wrong sandwich when ordering. ... Happened on different occasions. I gave them a shot but they can't get things right. Went back for them to correct and wasunwilling to do so Read more

Went to get food today at 7:20pm. I ordered a 4 piece happy meal and a 10 piece meal as well as a mcdouble. I explain to the... order taker that I would like this fresh, and apologize because I know that it will take longer, but that I tried to go insideand was told the lobby was closed so I had to go through here. He said it was fine, and that he would let them know. I get tothe window to get my food and they immediately hand it to me. Which, if it was fresh, should not have happened. I give them thebenefit of the doubt and try a fry. Cold. Limp. Gross. Granted, maybe it was a straggler from the last batch and I just happenedto pick it up, but given that the bag was handed right away, I'm guessing not. I touch a nugget and figure it's probably notfresh either. The girl comes to the window and I explain that I had asked for it to be fresh, apologized again, and explainedthat I did try to come into the lobby to avoid blocking the drive through. She turns to the other workers and seems to beexplaining the situation and I see one of them tell her to just make it fresh. She asks me to pull around and so I do. A fewminutes later they bring my food out. First thing I notice is the whole bag is hot. From the top with no food,, to the bottom.Odd. I touch a fry. Off to a good start. Fry feels fresh. I grab the nugget box. Feels hot. I open it, and take a bite. Stale. Iimagine what's happened is that they made fresh fries (maybe they take less time than nuggets?) Then threw the rest into themicrowave to heat it up thinking I wouldn't notice. Sometimes you're just having a bad day and all you want is some fresh food.I don't think that's much to ask for.
