I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. When I asked how much longer (since it had been 20 minutes) one of the crew members nicely... said they are working on it now. However the manager turned around and snapped at me that they inly have 3 people. This is thesecond time she has treated me like this. She should be trained to work under pressure or find a new job. I used to love the McRibs! Now they are only about half as thick as they used to be but a little bit longer. And they don't... hardly put any sauce on them. The fries were cold by the time I got home and I live 5 minutes away. I won't be back at least notfor the McRibs! Read more

The employees at this Mcdondalds hates waiting on paying customers. at the front counter. One even said "You can go to... Quicktrip" My wife isn't a racist and was friendly to the girl, inspite of the employees scary misdemeanor. what did she do todeserve the trifling attitude? Read more

Fast, friendly service! And hopefully that young girl with the white nails and the pretty face, who sometimes works the drive... thru early morning, sees this and knows I kinda like her. I'm that thirsty guy in the grey car, who's quick with math. Read more

If I could give no stars I would!!! Horrible customer service!!! Went to McDonald's on 23rd and Sterling to get the McRib (we... always get the extra for a dollar and I eat my husband's extra one) they tried charging us full price for the extra one. Myhusband told them it should be a $1 for the extra sandwich, the employee comes back and says it is buy a sandwich and get theextra for $1. We go around and take a picture of the sign in the drive thru my husband goes in to show them and the managersays sorry I don't have to honor that and ignored him. As we are leaving all the employees look out the window and flip us off????. I'm sorry but this whole experience was unacceptable and uncalled for. I worked in customer service for too long no oneneeds to deal with that. Read more

Worst service I ever had. Was in the drive thru that had 2 lanes. Was the only one when I got there and they asked me to wait a... second. No big deal, but when they started serving 4 cars that had came before I got my order taken.
