If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I won't be visiting this location again for at least 6 months. Went through the drive... thru and was told to pull up to a window. Sat and waited for 20mins, before going inside to find no help at the counter, so hadto stick my head around back before finally getting someone's attention. Showed them my receipt and they went back to thecounter, looked in a bag, threw a few fresh fries on top of the fries that were already in that bag, switched the food into anew bag, and gave it to me (all of this was done in plain sight). And McDonald's pays $15/hr like that's something to be proudof? I'm D-O-N-E!! I work too hard to receive such poor quality customer service. I was tired and just wanted something to eat onthe way home. The kid made absolutely no effort to even hide what they were doing! It's inexcusable and unacceptable!! Read more

Haven't eaten here in a while, stopped the other day to get my daughter a nugget meal, food always was good at this location as... far back as 2005ish that I can remember. Always been a good location with good service, fresh food, and clean! Read more
I payed for a happy meal, 2 mcchickens and a large fry.. didn?t get my fry then when I asked about it the manager came to the... window and cussed me out.. told me it wasn?t her problem and then proceeded too tell me if I was tripping that bad to go backaround and reorder my food THAT U ALREADY PAID FOR. Talk about a busy fast food restaurant, this is the place! Even when the lines are long, the staff seem to handle the customers... as well as can be expected. If you want to have hardly any waiting, order as early in the morning as you can. Read more
Went thru the drive thru tonight. They were very busy, but that wasn't a big deal. When we got to the second window to get our... food, the kid looked in our bag and made a funny face. There was something about the look that made me have my son check our bagbefore we left. We were missing an order of fries so i went inside with the bag and the receipt. After having to wait forsomeone to even come over and acknowledge that I was standing there, the woman who came over insinuated that I was lying just toget free food. She took my receipt, looked in the bag and then told me that she personally put the fries in our bag. But she'guessed' she'd give me another order. Why in the world would I inconvenience myself just to get a free order of fries!?!?!!! Iwish I had remembered to get her name, but I was so taken back by her tone and attitude that it didn't cross my mind. Read more
lobby service is nonexistent. you have to put your order in at the kiosk now. If you're paying in cash good luck. I stood at the... counter after I put my order in for near on 20 mins before someone took my money. Not that they didn't see me, several looked atme standing there then turned around and tried to look busy. Unfriendly, dismissive, and ignorant. Uncaring, dead eyed, andlistless. Girl with dark hair and pony tail taking orders and running the register on weekends is very rude to customers. Taking a bite... out of icecream cones and throwing them away while making orders. Informed manager on duty she was rude after messing up ouroder. She said she would take care of it. I highly doubt it. I will not be returning.... Read more
