This is a strange McDonald's. It seems to be set up for adults. The decor is subdued and modern. It must have been built... during the pandemic, because there's no self serve anything. No drink station, no condiments, nothing. Didn't have thatMcDonald's feel at all, which may be great for adults, but no fun for kids who want to get their own mixed soda and ketchup.Food was fine, but they didn't bring it to my table (which is a new thing, and I don't really care, but if you have littleones or are mobility impaired and really need that option, which can be found in the app, then it's a problem.) All in all, there are lots of McDonald's, and I won't go back to this one. Read more
Do NOT even waste your time with this location. They need to throw a grenade at it and sweep up the mess. Start over completely... beginning with the staff. Unacceptable. Lived here in Independence for 15 years and have never been done or treated like theway we were tonight. Read more
DT service was very slow at 8:00 pm. Window worker said they were short handed. My McChicken was lukewarm. Fries were hot and... tasty. Took 25 minutes to order and receive food. Read more
Waited in drive thru line for 30 min. Finally got to the window and food was ice cold. Spoke to 3 managers before getting my... food remade. Then they forgot half the food. Went back for a refund. 5 people inside waiting to order and nobody at theregister. Managers standing around watching videos on their phones. Read more
Extremely slow service. Waited over 30 minutes tonight for 3 meals. Only a few people in the lobby so not like they were... overwhelmed by business. Clearly the drive thru takes precedent over the customers who opted to visit inside. No napkins,ketchup, or straws in the lobby had to go to the counter to ask. Waited several minutes to be noticed for those as well. Justoverall poor service. Would highly suggest another location before visiting this McDonald's. Read more
Came in for the CPFM adult happy meal. Tried to serve it with a kids meal box, they said they don?t have it and that I have to... go to another to get it but that that one doesn?t have the toy just the box. Wouldn?t give me a toy or let me pay for it Read more
Surprisingly, compared to the other fast foods in this immediate area this McDonald's is okay, never really had any issues.... Newly remodeled. Read more
It was great. I miss there mix and match. It sad this will be the last year of the McDonald's Mc Rib sandwich.
