Very poor customer service! The employee taking our order was actively on her personal phone watching some kind of shows. She... ignored us for a good minute without any other customers in line. When we get close and about to order, she continues to tapand search on her phone. I then walked away to order on the kiosk instead, she then said can I help you? Even while entering ourorders, she continues to be on her phone. She entered the order all wrong. We said 1 happy meal, she out for 2 happy meals. Wesaid 1 chicken sandwich meal, she added a McChicken on top of it. When we got the food, the foods is missing a sandwich.Overall, very bad service. This person should not work here. At least she needs to have the courtesy to put her phone away for30 seconds to take our order, we would appreciate the food a little more. As I'm finishing this review, she is still currentlyon her phone. This is ridiculous!! Read more

All I asked for was salt on my fries the second time they forgot them and I was treated so rude employees started going off... about how I wouldn't eat fries?!?! I literally used to work here worked for mc Donald's a total of a decade before college and Iwould never have let employees treat a customer that way. This place is going down hill. I visited twice within the last month the first time the manager argued with me over a customer... service card for a free fry that I ordered with a bigger purchase this time their drinks are flat and I wasn?t gonna argue withthe manager the automated system took the code but they had to get someone to come to the register anyway and the staff isn?treally the most friendliest. There is a manager book we used to call the manager bible, It covered uniforms, shift, an hourlywalkthrough of the entire store inside and out. Cashier couldn't make change correctly, ordered 10 piece nugget and only got 7 nuggets, ordered large fries and got child size.... Glad we ordered in lobby or we probably wouldn't have realized until after we left. Read more

I don't know why I keep coming to this store, I can count on getting the wrong order and today was no different. When the order... taker finally turned on her mic it wasn't to greet me, it was to let me hear some conversation she was having with a coworker.I give her my order after she wraps up her convo and get to the 1st window to pay. I was going to ignore the conversation shehad with someone else except she asked, "didn't you hear me back there? " I responded, yeah I heard you talking to someoneelse. She confirmed, yes, she was explaining how the app worked to someone. Not sure why she would want to make sure I heardthat. When I got to the 2nd window it was clear the employee did not like her job and could not have possibly displayed anymore apathy. I knew I should have checked my food before getting home because sure enough, I got something I didn't want. I used the app to place my order. However, there is no option in the app to select light ice for your beverage. As I approached... the restaurant on foot, an employee was coming out the door. When I attempted to tell the employee that I wanted light ice in mybeverage, she told me to go to the drive-through window. No problem. I went to the drive-through window, and rather than allowme to tell her that I needed my beverage with light ice, the attendant ordered me to go to the front door. So I went back to thefront door. I waited for a couple of minutes before I went back to the window. The attendant tried to order me to go back to thefront of the restaurant, and I was forced to interrupt her to tell her how I wanted my beverage. When she gave me my order, Iasked her, ?this is light ice?? Her exact words were, ?this is light ice.? I thanked her in a rather irritated fashion, and wason my way. I went through the drive thru yetaersya. Got back to my office and took a bite of my burger. It was RAW.drove back to the... McDonalds. The Manager was not concerned that I ate Uncooked food. Just wanted to replace the order. Did not care about the factI ate un cooked meat. She blamed it on the power outage, you can hear her say that in the video.
