Ordered honey bbq wings. Was told it will be ready 15-20. I arrived on time. The young man said it should be done. He looked... in the warmer and then answered the phone. 15 minutes later I got my wings to discovered it was not honey bbq but a spiciersauce. I called the store and they said they would deliver the correct ones. We shall see. Read more

Pros: + the food is usually fine + the staff, bless their hearts, are trying. Trying hard? No. But they are trying. They fix the... issues. Cons: - guys... forgetting my wings three times in a row on three separate orders is kinda ridiculous. - tippingdelivery drivers when they don't have all my food is irritating, but its not the drivers fault usually. - we're in independence,so like, we get independence service. ??????? STAY AWAY! At least until the afternoon manager is gone! After watching a lady berate the guy, I felt sorry for him and his... crew.....even tipped him really well. Then we sat there for 45 minutes unknowingly that our pizza was ready and in the warmerfor at least 20 minutes. Terrible service, food was .....meah...ok. Deserves 0 stars. Ordered for delivery when we got our order it was missing the wings. Driver said they would be back with the... wings. But the pizza was not cut at all. When I called the store the female who answered said she was the manager and said shecould remake the pizza after already waiting an hour for the first one. When I asked for a credit she said she couldn't so whenI asked for the gms name she rudely hung up on me. Will never order from here again. Read more
Pizza Hut pt1 This Pizza Hut located on Truman Rd. Across from Van Horn High school, has ALWAYS been a problem. With not just... my self but several others, as customers and as for employees. The quality of their food.... Is horrible. The customerservice.... Just as bad. I had an ill mannered, complicated, incompetent, so called, " manager " come to "assist me" which is anunderstatement by far. She was the same one who hung up on me, when I tried to explain to her about the food. So instead ofsending my son in this time. I came in. I recorded the whole scenario. I plan to post soon. As well as send it to a couple newsstations. I have have to do this. Because their ability to fix issues that arise are apparently too complicated for them to fixnor understand. It was about 9:45pm on December 1st 2021. I walked in and placed the bread sticks on the counter pulled out theso called product that looked like there was a thin film of mold on top. IT WAS NOT MOLD But it looked nasty. The customer thatfollowed in right after me, even gasped at the site. Following a over-exaggerated sounding, " ewwwwwe..."???? Ordered through the Pizza Hut app. The app said my order was ready, but when i got there..."it's gone be another 3 minutes". So,... about 7 MINUTES go by and another random employee walks up asking if i've been help, i say "yeah i'm picking up an order" andthey still ask me what i ordered and then they started making the order after that. Just a complete waste of my time and makesthe point of using the app to PRE-ORDER POINTLESS. Read more
