Ordered online, arrived two minutes late to stand around with 6 other people for almost 10 minutes before anyone noticed. Guy... who came to the front was obviously kitchen staff asked if we had been helped. Then the front end employee came up, stated shewas on break, clocked out and cussed a couple times as she walked away. Heard another employee say they weren't dealing with itthey were off in 20 minutes. Manager finally came up, by now had been inside for 15 minutes, and had to call my order back to bemade. After 25 minutes was finally out the door. Not one sorry, no effort made to make it right , no smile. Just oops, here'syour food. Bye. With the prices nowadays, I expect at least decent customer service. Do have to say the food was hot, fresh andcooked correctly. So, actual rating is 2 stars for service, 4 stars for food. Read more
This was our first time going to this particular Slim Chickens as we usually go to the one in Liberty MO but this one was... closer... Unfortunately our food was not freshest, the fries were soggy not really hot, the chicken was warm although it seemedas though it had been cooked fresh but because the line was slowly moving by the time we got our order it had that dry liketaste from sitting in the bag. We will for sure give this location another chance since we enjoy eating here and it was later inthe night like 9ish. Read more
Stop asking drive through customers to trick your drive through timer. The poor girl at the window asked me to go all the way... around the building a second time just to trick your timers and I'm sick of this trend. It's even posted on your drive throughwindow that wait times may vary because of your attention to the food... then stop putting your employees on further timers withtimes so absurd they have to trick the system. Just stop. Your food is decent but isn't worth the hassle. Read more
The food was good but, the drive thru took about 30 minutes and there was only 1 car in front of us. They gave us the wrong... flavor of milkshakes and forgot part of my order. Staff was kind. I hadn't pulled away from the window so I said something andthey quickly corrected it but I just don't know if I want to go back again and wait that long like that. Read more
I want to love it here! But every time I place a curbside order, I get it 10-15 minutes past the promised time. Today was a... simple order-two chicken sandwiches. I?m still waiting for it 11 minutes past the promised time. Too bad-the food is usuallygood. The service is not. Read more

I?ve tried to give this slim chicken location so many opportunities and each time they fail. I am an understanding person, but... my patience runs out eventually. The first time they forgot a meal and charged me for it. The second time I found a long pieceof blond hair in my food and now the chicken sandwich I received didn?t look thoroughly cooked. I have never tried Slim chickens before and I'm hoping all locations aren't like this one. Spent well over 35dollars for what... turned out to be just like mc Donald's dollar chicken sandwich. Every sandwich contained one very hard chicken strip. All breadand super dark old lettuce. Absolutely everything was cold. Took longer then expected from the delivery but I know it is aFriday night and delivery dashers are backed up. That should not effect the quality of the food. We will definitely not begiving them our business anymore. I suggest if you're looking for a good meal go elsewhere.
