Poor service. Ordered on the apples set pickup for 4:15. Arrived and signed in at 4:12. Screen stated order was on it's way at... 4:16. So far so good. Had to call in at 4:32 to ask where my food was. Car hop came to the door, looked out, turned and reachedfor my order. My guess is that it had been sitting there the whole time because food was cold. I ordered a doordash an hour before they closed. My doordash driver showed up 5 minutes before closing they shut the lights off... on him and then proceeded to cuss him out. The female so-called manager then proceeded to tell the doordash driver that theorder came in too late and that they were not going to make it. I work by this location and I will never use them again the waythey treated their customers and my delivery driver is mind blowing to me. This happened at 9/ 27/22. This is a review for their hiring team...my daughter was told to come in for orientation after her interview at this location... last week, she applied for this location only, they even have openings still listed online, but when we go to her "orientation"she is told nobody is there for her to stay and do the orientation, that they will call her the following day to set up anothertime; just to have my daughter call them to see when she is supposed to be there, and when she talks to someone they tell herthey have no openings for her at that location but said they can use her in blue springs...with gas as high as it is right now,your managing and hiring team sucks and needs to get it together. This was going to be my daughter's 1st job and she wasexcited, just to be told to go somewhere else. I got to tell you this is a new Sonic and people may not know where it's at it's right down the street from Dairy Queen and... directly across the street from Village of Jackson Creek which I suggest not going to. Sonic has much better ice cream and whenyou go from a blizzard to what Sonic has you'll never go back to Dairy Queen just saying at least this ice cream at Sonic staysin the cup and it's not served up like soup. Sonic ice cream has a smooth silky texture not going back to Dairy Queen. Read more
This is supposed to be a "Cheese Tot With Extra Cheese". The problem is that most of the tots don't even have cheese on them,... and it's the regular amount of cheese not the extra I paid for.There's literally more cheese on the container than there is onthe tots. Tried to order the quarter pounder double cheeseburger special for $2.99, but requested it without the cheese. The person taking... the order was confused and thought I was trying to order two items, and when I clarified and requested one burger withoutcheese, they brought me a single party cheeseburger but charged $5.22. The person who brought out the order seemed to beoverwhelmed by the concept of trying to fix the situation, so we let it go. However, the service was pretty fast and fairlypolite, and the burger was above average. Read more
