WORST Sonic ever!!! Every time I have gone recently it has been straight attitude with the night shift manager/cook. My husband... and I doordash, every order takes 30+ minutes!!!! The excuse is they are short staffed....but not short staffed enough that theycan help at least 15 customers in the drive thru AFTER I arrived. And going thru the drive thru is no help, I'm told to wait ata stall. Not only does this man look unhygienic but he's got a horrible attitude and an I don't care work ethic. I will NEVERcome to this Sonic as a customer or for a doordash order ever again!! Read more

Maybe the Cold Brew is just awful. I tried it at this location writing off my bad experience to the incompetence of the people... working at the Sonic closest to my house. When I complained the blond-ish young woman that remade it for me made it drinkable sokudos to her. Read more

Thank you to Wyatt, Sonic is short staffed atm and he was clearly working several people's jobs and doing them very well. The... order was perfect and I wish him all the best and a much deserved break. Read more

I ordered a Frito chili cheese wrap from here today. For those who don't know, a Frito chili cheese wrap has 3 ingredients,... Fritos, chili, and cheese. The first one that came out had a huge glob of cheese and a few Frito chips, NO CHILI. I hit thebutton to tell them my problem, and the manager had another one made for me. When it comes out, hand delivered by the manageralong with a flimsy excuse about the first one being made by a "new cook", I open it up and there's chili, cheese, and NOFRITOS! How do you mess up a three ingredient wrap, that has ALL THREE INGREDIENTS IN THE NAME??? TWICE????? I handed the wrapback to the manager and left. They can keep my money for it, because they'll never get my patronage again. If they mess upsomething this simple, imagine what else is going on in that kitchen. Read more

25 Minutes to get through the drive through. The last time I went through, it took about this long which I was willing to... forgive as a one-off. Unfortunately, this is becoming a pattern. 12 minutes in line as no one moved to order, another 10 to getto the sluggish window, & 2 as I had to re-tell the window my order. Read more

We waited in a booth for 25 minutes after placing an order online for 2 slushies, and then when no one came out we went through... the drive through. We waited about 10 minutes at the drive through speaker and didn?t get a response and then when we pulled upto the window and we?re finally given our slushies they were just liquid. Usually I?m nice about these situations, but thiskinda stuff isn?t acceptable an hour and thirty minutes before closing. Read more

The last time they had 50 cent corn dogs we went as that's what we usually do for dinner on those days. One, the corn dogs are... cooked in such big batches (which we understand because we know they're sold in such big quantities) that they are way underdoneinside. I'd rather wait the extra time for them to actually be cooked right. Second, on this particular day, we asked for onionrings and was charged for onion rings, but when we got to the window, the young man informed us that they were out so we settledon fries but he still was charging us for the rings. He could tell my husband was getting irritated but acted pretty nonchalantabout it which only added fuel. He said the cook told him they probably had enough rings for the large order that we hadinitially ordered. We got our order only to find the bag for the rings half full, most of it was pieces of rings and most of itwas separated (breading and onions), not to mention how much grease was sitting at the bottom of the bag. We tried to saysomething but the young man didn't really care and just shrugged and said sorry. We stopped by this one because it's literallyright down the street from us and we were stopping on our way to our son's class. We didn't exactly have time to stay and argueabout it. This isn't the first time we've had this problem with them. We only stopped at this location because of convenience, otherwise would have went to a different one. Time wise, in the past, they have been extremely slow. I stopped there after mydaughter got off work because it was late and we would still be waiting at the stalls for at least 30 mins or more. Willprobably go to other locations permanently from now on. Read more

Waited a long time to even get my order taken, had 4 kids with me so it was a fairly big order, I ordered, watching each item go... up on the screen. Finished the order and was about to insert my card to pay...and then the screen went blank and the employeesaid "yeah you will need to repeat your order" I decided to just go elsewhere. That wasn't the first time at that location thatI've had issues. I typically avoid this sonic but it is close to my house and the kids were really wanting it. I ended updriving to the sonic on 40 hwy. It's ran a lot better, and the staff are always kind. Read more
