I have come here 3 times in as many weeks. The first time, it was 6:30pm and they were out of bread. BREAD! A sandwich place... out of bread. What were they gonna do over the next 3 hours they were open? The 2nd time, they couldn't take orders because thesystems were down.it was again 7pm. Today at 5:40pm, they were out of tuna....AGAI.N.. Been here twice now and both times I was told there's no bread ready.
Okay it's been over 4 months and you cannot get service here! Why? Because April will tell you she only has wheat bread...every.... Single. time. When my husband pointed out there was white bread right in eye sight, she claimed it was from yesterday.But....you don't have white bread today??? This place is a joke. Fire that girl already! Ordered online for pickup. We got there and they didn't know anything about our order. Then they asked if we ordered from... another store. No. So the lady went to cash register and put our order number in and low and behold our receipt printedout. We get home 20 minutes later and there is no cheese on my sandwich and no onions. My husband ordered sweet onion sauceand onions only it was dry. No onions, no sauce. We hadn't been there in 2 years because the employees wouldn't wash theirhands. Well, we will never be back again. I placed an order on the app, the pick up time was scheduled for 11:06am. I arrived at the Subway at roughly 11:10, maybe a... little later. There was one person at the counter with a Manager badge on. I told her I was there to pick up an order I hadplaced on the app. She didn't ask my name, but told me that it wasn't ready yet. I accepted this response, and waited. After afew minutes, she told me very rudely to get 10 bags of chips from the stand and bring them to the counter for her. I did it,didn't understand why she was telling me to do it, but I could see she needed some help! When I got to the counter with the 10bags of chips she told me that the person who put in my order said I wouldn't be there until noon. It was at this point clear tome that she thought I was someone that had put in the large order she was working on for noon, and that she had not even startedmy order that was supposed to be ready at 11:06. I told her, again, that I had placed an order on the app, and that the app saidI should pick it up at 11. She then asked my last name, and told me she hadn't started my sandwiches yet (obviously). Two morepeople came out of the back, one immediately went to a computer at a table. The other immediately went back to the back. Shestarted making my sandwiches at about 11:15, complaining the entire time that she thought she was going to have help that day,but she clearly didn't. There were dirty dishes and half-made sandwiches everywhere and no one was offering to help at all. Andnow I've gotten a form email from the district manager that doesn't address any of the items that I brought to their attentionin the survey, which makes it abundantly clear that not only does no one read the comments they receive, but that no one isgoing to use the information in those comments in a constructive way. I went in to get a sandwich today, and there was literally no one in there. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I left.
