They won't serve anyone that is not in a car at night!! Not even if they go outside to take a break, or a phone call, or to pick... up trash (yeah right!!)!!! I told the guy I'd give home my money, I just wanted 2 tacos, I was craving them!! Now, I have to letu know, I'm on crutches with a shattered heel bone and I've walked 3 blocks for these taco bell tacos!!!! And he tells meno!?!?!?!? I think that is the rudest, most inconsiderate and disrespectful Taco Bell I've ever been to and I will never go backto this one!! Not even if it were the last one on earth!!!! Read more

If you are going to have young kids work up there at least have someone that can mange them !!!! I ordered two beefy melt... burritos and both were wrapped sloppy and wrong. We had no napkins . Far from a beefy melt, if I pay for something I expect toget what I pay for. FYI quesadilla don't come with lettuce ! Read more

This is how my son's Nacho supreme just came. We asked for mild sauce for all of us, they placed it in his nachos and put the... lid on it, and in the bag. How many hands touched those sauce packets?? You might as well have just stuck your DIRTY finger inhis food. Very disappointed. Read more

Had a catastrophic experience. It took a half hour to get my food. After seventeen minutes I went up to the counter and asked... the manager what was going on. They told me had handed our lobby order order the drive thru window and would remake it. Theysaid they were short staffed and had two trainees that evening and were very busy. However, you'll notice from the photos thatthe lobby was almost empty. The drive thru was steady but not at all busy. I was unable to tell from among the workers who wasthe trainees. But there two people on the line were moving casually in preparing the orders. There was no urgency in theirmovements. They didn't talk to each other about what they were making either. When I finally complained about how long it took,the shift manager on duty immediately took out HER OWN debit card and offered to buy us more food as an apology. I said I wasn'tinterested in more food, that I needed to leave. She said they were remaking our order but that she was not allowed to issuerefunds only the GM could do that. I settled on waiting another five minutes and getting our food, as I was with my kids andthey needed to eat. This was absolutely the single worst fast food experience I've had in years. Read more
