Drinks are on the expensive side. A large is almost $3. Their version of happy hour does NOT Iinclude a price cut of any sort on... their large drinks. When I went to the Blue Springs location they were incredibly slow. I waited in line for OVER 30 MINUTES!once you are in line there is no way to leave if they take too long. You are trapped which could very well be a safety hazardthat needs to be looked at. Read more
Hey owner or manager of this location. You do know that the night crew turns the outside light off after dark right? Almost... every night. Only way you know you are still open is if you see a car in the drive through. Also, they regularly close at12:30-12:45 instead of 1am. It?s whatever dude. Just costing you money. Read more
We got here after our concert, all of us very hungry and very willing to spend our money.. we were immediately met with the... words ?$15 limit per order? so our response was to ask if we could do more than one order since this confused us, we were metwith a very rude ?no, only $15? so we ended up driving around through the drive through again just so the whole car could getfood.. pretty ridiculous honestly.. So i should've typed this review back in April of these year but i forgot due to being a busy new mom. Anyways my husband got a... breakfast crunch wrap from this place and later on started feeling sick. Later on that day he came home and all bodily fluidswere coming out of every end and he had to be rushed to the hospital. Turns out he got food poisoning from this place and when icalled the next day to let her know she acted like she didn't care if my husband and the father to our son lived or died or evenoffer a refund of his money. When i mentioned maybe she should check the temps of where they keep the food, watch the cameras tomake sure her staff were wearing gloves at the time my husband ordered his food and also maybe see if the person who made myhusbands order was sick at the time of making it. She told me "nope not gonna do any of that." well i contacted corporate afterthe weekend and still haven't heard back to this day after being told i would hear back within 48 hours, It's now August. I didhowever call the health department and they said everything was fine. Of course it was because they got everything to passinspection before you showed up because of my call and anticipated the health department showing up. I've worked the foodindustry i'm not stupid. In closing do not go to this place unless you want to end up in the hospital with food poisoning. Read more
Waited 35 minutes to be told they were out of tomatoes. Every time I come to this location they are always out of an important... ingredient. They NEVER run the national specials.... I'm saddened they are so bad at their job and give other Taco Bell's a badname. Please figure it out.... By the way believe it or not that's supposed to be a Mexican pizza and you can tell it's beensitting and the second item it SUPPOSED TO BE a 5 layer.... Great, cheap food. They recently renovated so it looks awesome inside and out. Dining room and bathrooms are very clean and... maintained. Employees made the food very quickly so everything came out hot, which was a plus! They even came out to check onus mid way through the meal. This is definitely one of my top locations to go to. Arrived at this location it was out of the way google said they open at 8am arrived at 8:45 am no one answered at the drive... though speaker so pulled to the window to check the hours said 8am opening as we?ll waited there for a while then pulled aroundto again another vehicle was also there now we both waited here for another 20 min, just if your hours are posted and no wheresays your closed or understaffed or whatever I would prefer not to wait I will not return to this location for that reason Read more
