I'm so sick and tired of this location. Their drove through take forever because they do 1 order at a time but the thing is,... the order is never completely correct and I ALWAYS get an attitude for asking to change it to what I ordered. But this timethey tell me that I have to come inside and can't use the drive through, didn't have the food I ordered, and then brought outthe wrong size for everything and said they were out and I could dispute it with the app. Told me they couldn't give me a refundeven though I never took any of the food. Don't waste your time or money here. I'm always so irritated at the end of myexchanges here that I don't even want to eat anymore. Read more

I usually don?t have to look in the bag to make sure I have my order. Today I didn?t and I?m quite displeased. I ordered large... fries and the carton was maybe a third full. I asked and paid for 2 cookies, and they didn?t make it in the bag? if I wasn?tordering for a disabled friend, I wouldn?t be as upset, but I am. I don't eat and is allergic to pork, and you keep putting bacon on my sandwiches, and when I say something you get smart with... an attitude. That's why i call this place Indepriviledge MO. These people are never wrong and treat black folks bad! Read more

Great burgers, awesome chili, but the wait for the order is atrocious. Plan 0n at least a 5 to 10 minute wait for a simple... burger, fry, and a drink order. Longer if you want something made special. The food does make the wait kind of worth it though.I recommend going in cause that's a lot of gas to burn waiting in drive-thru. Read more

I typically choose Wendy's over other brands, but not this location. Previously i hadn't been impressed with this location... period. Not even to give a negative review. With that being said; yesterday's service wasn't bad. They have gotten better atbeing open, being appropriately staffed, and communicating at drive thru ordering and window. Personally, I didn't like the gapbetween taking car orders, but overall I was pleased and will reconsider my opinions about this location. Read more

I have lived up the street for 17 years now this place my kids have all worked at. One point or another. Gets worse and worse.... Have not had it in a year and a half. Decide tonight I wanted their so call cooked to order fries and a Jr bacon cheese burger. NA same nasty food as always. Double cooked bacon Double cooked fries. Nasty as always no wonder y I waited a year and a halfto eat there even though I live 2 blocks away. Read more

I hardly ever go to this Wendy's and when I do, they've always been pretty quick. I stopped on my way for breakfast and I wanted... coffee..any coffee whether a frosty-cchino, iced coffee, or just coffee. It was about 645am, I was told they didn't have coffeeyet. Like what...that's one of the main things to start. She said she just got there at 630 and the other at 530....it takes 5minutes to brew coffee. She seemed to come off with a bit of an attitude. But hey whatever...I hope her day gets better. Thefood was hot though and was quick. Read more
