Employee wasn't very friendly, threatened to throw punches with everyone in our group. He was young and I stood up for my uncle... that's 61 and he still was disrespectful. Manager just brushed it off and took over where he was short at. Read more

I was having trouble understanding how to make the mobile app work for me, in store. And the manager, believe her name is... Cassie. She took the time, while the store was busy inside and and drive-thru. To help me get the best deal, based off of thelittle money I had. She was patient, and understanding. And more than helpful. The manager Chrystal was super nice and all about getting everyone that came in to do a survey! Some of the food, mainly the... chicken nuggets, could have been fresher but overall we had a pleasant experience. Oh yea, if anyone from corporate is readingthis... bring back the strawberry frosty! Always get your phone out and record when going here. They will take your money and refuse to give you your change. And if you... complain they won't give you your food either. And that's the manager doing that. He must make hella money robbing Wendy's drivethrough customers. I'll put up a picture of how terrible the food was that I got today. I ordered a wagyu burger but I got thisinstead. As you can clearly see the cheese is expired and hard like it was left unwrapped in someone's fridge. Read more

Worst customer service EVER! Counter worker kept walking away in the middle of me speaking to order. Manager made excuses about... how they are busy. They had 3 cars in the drive thru and no one in the lobby. And since when is a customer placing an order notimportant. They also had a good amount of workers just standing around. This restaurant can't ever get orders correct,constantly rude and lazy. This location either needs to work on firing everyone and getting new employees or just shutting thelocation down. It is a poor excuse for a restaurant. It's nasty in there, they don't know how clean and it smells dirty inthere. They probably all live in filth. Read more
