Atmosphere, service, friendliness, location and parking are all great. Food was okay, needs seasoning! I felt that my deep dish... breakfast was very bland. Peppers and onions should be sautéed before going into a dish, not a pleasant mouth feel to have rawonion and pepper with soft eggs and potatoes. Read more

Conveniently located in Independence, but I've never been truly impressed by anything here - except by how they cook the bacon,... which is the perfect thickness and amazingly crispy. The food is quick, freshly made, hot, and better than Denny's for sure, andthe service is decent. I'd recommend it over either of the big chain breakfast restaurants in Independence, for sure, butthere's better to be had around if you have the time to search and travel. Read more
Clean. Staff courteous. Fried potatoes, coffee were great. Over easy eggs were Over cooked (I really wanted to dip my toast in... the yolk). Toast was almost burnt. If I'm ever in town again I would try them again. Maybe I would describe in detail what Iwant. Read more
Wow,I really can?t believe all the great reviews this place gets. We were underwhelmed to say the least. Server was friendly and... competent. Pancakes were cold and hard with flavorless blueberries. Toast was cold. Bacon was cold but ok I guess. Eggs werecooked properly. Amazing food, reasonable prices. Waitresses was friendly & fast even though place is normally busy. Hours changed... They now... close @ 1:30pm instead of 2. Also due to staffing issues, no parties larger than 6 people. Read more
