We visit the Independence location regularly and it is always the same: burgers are usually fresh but fries are almost always... cold. Luckily the service is usually decent enough so they can get more fries going quickly. We know how good the food can be sowe go back now and again but the Independence location is always lacking something. Amazing food. First time here and we really enjoyed it.

Ordered delivery through this location tonight and only a small portion of our order arrived. Tried to call the store but they... don't answer the phone. I drove to the store and talked to the manager. She said it would take 6 to 14 days to get our moneyback through the credit card. They could have made it right-and kept our business-- by offering a gift card or cash for themoney we paid but they said all they would do is process a refund through the credit card. Read more

Food was excellent, service was average. We stopped in to split a Whiskey River BBQ burger and sweet potato fries. We added... Pepper jack to the burger and ordered it with pink in the middle. The burger was perfect; tender and juicy. The sweet potatofries are super sweet and slightly crispy on the edges just like we like. Pair them with the campfire and ranch sauces to makethe whole meal a great meal. Our waitress was nice, we had to wait a few minutes to be greeted by the hostess, but overall theservice was satisfactory. Awe yes!! That charbroiled taste and smell of RR burgers!! It's been 15 years since I've been to one. Excellent food, fun... atmosphere, ample parking, clean restaurant (although restrooms could have used attention since we went there prior to dinnerrush) and great service! Very nicely made burger. The fries are a little soggy but tasty. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean. The... parking is ample and easy to navigate. I did the pick up order to see how things were put together. The order was correct , andthe food tasty. I would recommend this location. Independence Red Robin is most of the time A-OK. The servers have great customer service and patience to help their clientele.... You can adjust your meal to how you like it, and the food is served in a timely manner at the right temperature. The restaurantis very clean Read more
