Love Slyman's. This restaurant is very clean and well kept. Upon entering I was greeted promptly. I went there for a takeout... order. I ordered the large corned beef sandwich. You will get a hefty portion of corned beef. It was very good. In my opinionthough, the corned beef was a little overcooked which made it a little on the dry side but still very delicious. I went rightbefore what would be the dinner rush hour, the restaurant only had a handful of people in it but I still waited about 15 minutesfor a sandwich. The restaurant was very clean inside and they seem to have had plenty of staffing. I will return for some moredelicious corned beef. Read more

Practically an institution in Cleveland, Slyman's is an old school sandwich shop famous for its oversized Reubens and Corned... Beef sandwiches. Prices have always been high to reflect the large portions and are now even higher with the portionsexperiencing significant shrinkage. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. In my life. Incredible corned bee sandwich, and my wife absolutely loved her roast... beef sandwich. Very friendly staff and helpful as well. I've eaten at Slymans forever and I know what to expect..lets say that I'm incredibly disappointed in my latest sandwich. I... always order the lite corned beef and it's more than enough to fill me up and have some for later. The sandwich I just receivedis sooo small. I've looked at pics of others who left reviews of the little corned beef and indeed mine is tiny. Idk if diningout vs in makes a difference but for the price and based off if what I usually receive I'm not impressed today. Read more

As a Cleveland native this has to be hands down the absolutely best place in Ohio to get your corn beef addiction properly taken... care of, These folks know what they're doing and have been doing it well for generations stop in today And get one of thesemouth watering delights sure to make your day the absolute best day ever!
