Great food and service. The Pepe Bread appetizer was extremely good! Highly recommend!
We ordered a pizza, which was much better than what we've had at their buffet. They have a good salad bar. The booth they... seated us at had not been cleaned and I'm pretty sure some toddlers had eaten there. We moved to another booth and when thewaitress finally showed up again we told her why. She spent 5 minutes complaining about the other staff and we never did see herclean the booth. There were only 3 other customers while we were there. Read more
Never got to try food. only two people working. Waitress told us she would get to us when she could. She came to our table... after a out 20 minutes and told us they had 10 pizzas waiting to get in the oven . We thanked her and went on our merry way. Read more
Well, thy whole dining experience was terrible. The waitress brought our drinks, and we decided to go with the buffet. We'll... there wasn't any pizza on the buffet! We waited and waited, finally a lady brought out 3 pizzas. Well, everyone in therestaurant was waiting for pizza. Those 3 pizzas were gone in a flash. So, we decided to go up and pay for what little bit wegot of their $10.95 person buffet. There was only 3 employees in the restaurant!!!!! The guy who was supposed to be making thepizzas, it was his first day. My husband wouldn't let me say anything. He said for me to leave a review. I would have given 0stars, but that wasn't an option... I don't know how these restaurants think they can run on 3 people???? Covid has changedeverything!!!! SAD!!!! Read more
Every since the old owner passed away this has been one of the worst restaurants in independence? always under staffed working... youngins to death! And over 21$ for a supreme pizza with only 5 pieces of each topping is a rip off???? Ciros is a WAY betterchoice. I even heard their owner puts JB Weld in the dough bowl which is poisonous to humans when consumed! This place should beshut down immediately?. Beyond disappointed in this place. Waitress was rude from the beginning. I?ve been coming here for over 10 years since I was a... kid. Lady with grey and white hair was beyond rude. Served everyone else drinks and left my out on purpose. I asked her for arefill and she went to serve other families then after all that decided to send another gentleman to serve my drink. I waspolite all night. I understand the business. I?m a manager in retail. We both deal with the same base of things. We?re just hereto make a living. Not to make people unhappy on purpose.
