This is the 2nd time I've been to this particular Dunkin. The 1st time I was here the guy taking our order nodded out and... proceeded to lean forward and kisses on feet. No I come back to give them another chance and their lobby is close and they wantme to go through the drive-through what the problem is is my workshop is almost 10' tall and I don't have the clearance so sobecause they're too lazy to walk back-and-forth from one register to the next I can't get what I get what I want poor decisionmaking poor planning don't you we're planning don't eat there tell them they need to learn auto work right. Just went through drive-through ordered approximately $50 worth of items. Present and then with a $100 bill was told that they... do not take $100 bills American tinder. Via the supervisor Vanessa. After making the order was badgered several times asked ifthat was all is that all is that all is that all, and the person who took the order was very rude. the general manager is VERY disrespectful. i had a few questions about the menu and she laughed and answered me in the rudest... way possible. when i explained i was just confused she told me i shouldn?t be because the menu was right in front of me. shedidn?t even answer in a nice tone & she didn?t realize her mic was on or maybe she didn?t care but she told her coworkers shehated customers and i heard it all. Very disrespectful woman. she should not be a manager and should not be in customer service. Read more

Used to stop here all the time but since the Starbucks opened we have been going there. Today got two small ice coffees for a... total of $8.11 when I asked how come so much I was told I ordered Latte not ice coffee. I can certainly tell the differencebetween a latte and iced coffee. The other thing is that apparently you never know when the lobby is open no help. Read more

It?s worth taking the trip to Satellite to avoid this dunkin. Every time I?ve been there has been a poor experience with the... most recent being the last one. It?s 630am why am I already getting talked down to by drive through employees? I understand thatthe bar for fast food is pretty freakin low, but I expect at the very least to not be talked down to when I?m just trying topick up an order. I work retail, I understand that customers are pretty dumb, but that was uncalled for and rude. And not thefirst time this has happened either.
